Delivered directly to the job site, these buildings can be installed in a single day. Site preparation is minimal. Often no concrete pad is necessary: Simply off-load and position on an approved sub-grade covered by a level four-inch bed of sand or crushed stone.
Standard product features include:
- Meets applicable BOCA, EPA, UBC, NFPA, ANSI and ACI requirements
- 3 inch walls and 4 inch roof constructed with 5,000 psi steel-reinforced concrete
- Roof and Floors are post-tensioned to assure leak-free joints
- Security from construction bullet tested to UL 752, Level 4
- Secondary Spill Containment sump meets EPA requirements
- Double-wide steel door allows easy access
- Galvanized steel floor grating above the sump area
- Passive ventilation with rainguard vent openings
