DENIOS Places Temperature Controlled Process Room

DENIOS has recently completed construction of a temperature controlled, fire and explosion rated paint kitchen designed to house pumps utilized in the coating of automotive interior parts.

The exterior building, measuring 14’ x 28’ x 10’, is designed to maintain a 70F temperature and is rated to withstand an explosion of 100# per square foot of pressure. Constructed entirely of fabricated steel plate, the insulated structure features a heating and cooling system, fire suppression equipment, and explosion relief panels directed away from plant personnel and materiel. Although located outside of the main coating operation, the pumps work in-line with the coating operation via insulated pipes.
