Custom Engineered Cabinet Provides Heated and Fire Protected
Exterior Storage of Oils and Lubricants

Fully Insulated Cabinet

A New England Rail terminal required weather, spill and fire protected exterior storage facilities for oils and lubricants. Located in a remote area, the colder climate also required insulation and heating to control the stored chemical’s viscosity.

DENIOS designed the fully insulated Cabinet with temperature control and fire suppression systems.

Fire rated roll-up doors automatically close in the event of a fire and, in addition to the Cabinet walls, are insulated. A dry chemical fire suppression system is engineered in the structure to quickly extinguish any flames. Additionally, of the four storage bays two are heated, further helping maintain the viscosity of the lubricants in cold weather. Double sided access eases material handling in and out of the structure.

DENIOS’ Cabinet line features a variety of door styles, all with full face openings, to provide easy access, via forklift, to the stored chemicals from outside of the cabinet; no need to maneuver containers and no need to enter the structure. Storage efficiency is further enhanced by offering one, two or three tiered designs with single or double sided access.

All Cabinets are designed with EPA/NFPA/OSHA compliant built-in sumps to provide secondary containment of any container spills or leaks. Cabinets are suitable for placement indoors and out and can be easily relocated by crane or forklift.
