Pricing: All prices listed exclude any delivery fees or applicable taxes. DENIOS reserves the right to change prices without notice. Prices are in US Dollar.

FOB: Louisville, KY 40210-1810 / Freight - Collect

Warranty Summary: DENIOS warrants that all materials are new, unused and free of defect. DENIOS will repair or replace any defects in material or workmanship that may develop under normal use, within a period of one year from the date the goods are delivered, provided, the goods have been used and maintained in accordance with DENIOS’s written operating and maintenance instructions and have been used under normal operating conditions.

Return Policy: A 15% restocking fee is applicable to standard items. No goods received without prior Return Authorization. Returns of non-defective items require return freight to be paid by the customer. Goods subject to inspection on return before credit can be issued. Many of our products are custom fabricated to the specific application. Special terms apply to custom orders.

Shipment Damage: If shipping damage occurs, it must be noted on the bill of lading upon receipt of goods. The Buyer is responsible for reporting and filing any damage claim with the shipper. DENIOS will not be responsible for any damages caused by the shipper.

Regulatory Compliance: DENIOS designs its products to aid the Buyer/End-user in complying with relevant EPA, UFC, NFPA, OSHA, UBC and other regulations.
These regulations are designed to protect personnel, property and the environment. Individual states and local jurisdictions have the authority to expand on the Federal laws and regulations and apply alternative standards for compliance. The Buyer/End-user bears the responsibility for assuring that the products requested by Buyer/End-user and sold by DENIOS comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, codes, and regulations.

Use & Installation of Products: DENIOS’s products shall be installed in accordance with DENIOS’s instructions and not subjected to misuse or abuse. DENIOS will not be responsible for any damage resulting in the failure to follow the installation instructions. DENIOS merely furnishes the goods and shall have no liability or responsibility for the installation or use of the goods.

DENIOS is not responsible for the use of DENIOS products after the delivery to Buyer’s site. These units should be used only in accordance with Buyer’s designated Safety/ Chemical Engineer’s procedures and for the chemicals, concentrations, and quantities specifically authorized. This information should be affixed to the unit in an easily observable location. Personnel having access to hazardous and flammable materials should be adequately trained in the handling and use of these materials.

It is suggested that, prior to the purchase of DENIOS products, the Buyer has discussed the use of these products with the appropriate local authority having jurisdiction where the product will be located.

Technical Changes: In order to better serve our customers, DENIOS is continually improving its product line; therefore DENIOS retains the right to make changes, additions, or deletions to this program without notice.
